Patient Information
To ensure your treatment is safe, efficient, and comfortable, please have the following ready before I arrive.
Setting the Scene
A Comfortable Chair: Please have a sturdy, comfortable chair ready for yourself, preferably one that does not swivel but recliner is fine.
Good Lighting: Ensure the treatment area has adequate lighting. A spot near a large window or a well-lit lamp is ideal for accurate examination and treatment.
Sufficient Space: Please clear a small space (approx. 2m x 2m) where I can set up the equipment and move around easily. This often works best near a lounge or dining area.
Information to Prepare
Medication List: Have a current list of all medications and supplements you are taking. This is essential, especially for diabetic or high-risk patients.
Doctor/Specialist Letters: If you have a referral (e.g., a Medicare CDM Plan, DVA form) or recent correspondence from your GP or specialists (Endocrinologist, Cardiologist, etc.), please have this handy.
Footwear for Assessment: Have your most frequently worn shoes ready, including your work shoes, exercise shoes, and comfortable house slippers. We assess footwear as part of your overall care plan.
Financial Preparation
Payment Method: Please have your chosen method of payment (cash or card) ready, as payment, including the calculated travel fee, is due at the time of the consultation.
