I aim to make your experience with Roberta Grady Mobile Podiatry Services as transparent and simple as possible.
How much does a standard appointment cost?
Initial Consultation (45 mins): $120
This includes a detailed assessment, general skin and nail care, and a tailored treatment plan.Standard/Review/Follow-Up Consultation (30 mins): $100
Specialised Assessment (e.g. Biomechanical, Diabetes Assessment, Footwear): $135
Nail Surgery (45mins): From $300 (this includes a follow-up appointment after surgery)
Note: All fees are due at the time of the consultation.
Is there a travel fee?
Yes, a travel fee applies based on your location.
To ensure fair pricing and cover the specific costs of a mobile service, we charge a travel fee calculated by distance:
Calculation: I charge $1.00 per kilometre.
Distance Calculation: This is calculated from our operational base in Tea Tree to your home address, one way.
Please ask when booking for an exact quote on the total consultation price, including the travel fee.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
I understand that unplanned events can occur. However, due to the travel and dedicated time allocated for mobile appointments within these service zones (Brighton to Carlton), Roberta Grady Mobile Podiatry Services strictly adhere to the following policy:
Notice Period
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
This allows adequate time to offer the appointment slot to another patient who requires care within your specific service zone.
Cancellation with over 24 hours' notice
No Fee
I will happily reschedule your appointment at no charge.Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice
50% of the Scheduled Consultation Fee
This partial fee helps cover the lost revenue that results from short notice.Missed Appointment (No Show)
100% of the Scheduled Consultation Fee
This includes the full consultation cost (but not the travel fee).
Important Notes
Payment of Fees: Any cancellation or no-show fee must be settled before your next appointment can be booked.
Medicare/DVA/NDIS: Please note that neither Medicare nor DVA will cover fees for missed appointments. This fee is payable by the patient.
